To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for my time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. * Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service total. * No-shows or appointments canceled within 4 hours of the appointment time may be charged 100% of the service total. * Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or canceled with no fee.
